Orchid Hotel Singapore

We chose this hotel for its convenient location, just a short walk from Chinatown and the MRT station. The room was clean and comfortable, and the staff were friendly and helpful. The hotel also had a swimming pool and facilities for getting a shower before a long-haul flight. We enjoyed the reasonable breakfast selection and the ease of access to other tourist attractions in the city.

The air conditioning in the dining area was set to a very low temperature, making it uncomfortable and causing the food to go cold quickly.

The hotel was conveniently located near restaurants and shops, making it easy to find food and other necessities. Additionally, the staff at the reception were fast and efficient during check, in and check, out, which saved us a lot of time. the cleanliness of the entire hotel was also impressive, as everything was well, maintained and tidy.

One major downside was the inflexibility of the reception staff. They had a strict and impersonal attitude, and it felt like dealing with an army officer.
